Qureos is a Dubai-based AI hiring platform that matches job seekers with employers and gives candidates tools such as a resume builder, interview preparation and AI career coaching, while employers use Iris, its AI recruiter launched in July 2023, to source and screen talent. Founded in 2021 by Alexander Epure, Usama Nini and Mehrad Yaghmai, the company joined Abu Dhabi's Hub71 in 2023 and raised a $5M seed round in February 2026 led by Prosus Ventures and Salica Oryx Fund, bringing on investors including COTU Ventures, PlusVC and Oraseya Capital.
