Maqsam

Maqsam is a cloud contact center platform for small and mid-sized businesses in the Middle East and North Africa, replacing hardware phone systems with cloud telephony, WhatsApp, call transcription and analytics, plus an Arabic-first AI agent the company says automates more than half of customer conversations. It integrates with Intercom, Zendesk, Zoho, Pipedrive and Salesloft and is sold as a subscription with a seven-day free trial. Co-founded by Sinan Taifour and Fouad Jeryes and run from Amman, Jordan, with teams in Saudi Arabia, the UAE and Egypt, it is backed by VentureSouq and Khwarizmi Ventures.
