Lucky

Lucky is a Cairo-based consumer fintech app that started as a cashback and discount platform and now bundles instant credit lines, save-now-pay-later products and the Lucky payment card, backed by a merchant network of over 20,000 local and global brands. Founded in 2018 by Momtaz Moussa and Ayman Essawy, it raised Egypt's then-largest fintech Series A of $25 million in 2022, reported profitability by the end of 2025, and closed a $23 million Series B in April 2026 led by Disruptech Ventures and DPI Venture Capital via the Nclude fund.
