Grubtech is a restaurant operations platform whose gOnline module pulls orders from Talabat, Deliveroo, Uber Eats, Careem and other delivery apps into a single screen, then routes them to its kitchen display (gKitchen), delivery dispatch (gDispatch) and analytics (gData) tools, with integrations into POS systems such as Foodics and Square. It serves independent restaurants, regional and global chains, dark kitchens and quick-commerce operators. Founded in Dubai in 2019 by Mohamed Al Fayed and Omar Rifai, Grubtech has offices in Riyadh, Cairo, Barcelona and Colombo, serves 14,000+ active locations and reports processing more than 350,000 orders a day.
