Clara

Clara is a legal-tech platform that lets founders incorporate a company digitally in ADGM or DIFC, manage their cap table and ESOPs, and keep corporate documents in a data room. It serves startups, SMEs, investors and law firms, with offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi and, since 2023, Saudi Arabia. Launched in the UAE in 2019 out of Techstars Dubai, Clara has incorporated more than 3,000 companies and is used by over 5,000 businesses in 45+ countries.
