AlgoDriven builds EvalExpert, AI-powered appraisal and valuation software that helps car dealerships assess, price and trade in used vehicles using VIN identification, recall flags and market data. It is sold as a monthly subscription to showrooms and delivered as a mobile app, desktop dashboard, software integrations and website plugins. Founded in Dubai in 2017 by Glenn Harwood and Jaron Crossland, the company raised a $2 million Series A led by Global Ventures in 2021, values over $25 billion in used cars a year across more than 1,000 dealerships in ten countries, and was acquired by San Francisco-based Emergence in February 2026 while keeping its own brand.
